How much time does it takes to ship a order?
- Our smaller in stock products usually will ship within 3-7 business days.
- We do our best to keep our site up to date but in the event that an item is out of stock and not noted on the site we will notify you with the expected ship date to see if you wish to wait on it.
- Utility Carts and accessories ship within 3 business days.
- Furniture can have a ship time of 1-6 weeks depending on the item. We will notify you of any expected ship date over 2 weeks.
What happens after I place an order?
After placing an order with us you will receive a receipt via e-mail with your order number. This order number can be used on our Index Page to access the status of your order and to get the tracking number when it ships. Click on the Order Status Button, then enter your order number. Once your order has been received at our office the Order Status will show "Processing" on the status until it ships. After it ships the tracking number will be listed and the day it shipped.
