Note! If the item is to be a gift that will be opened at a later date, the item should be inspected before wrapping.

Any defective return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact our office to obtain a RMA number, e-mail : office@shopazeche.com or Phone: 1-812-985-3042.

Please let us know which you prefer: replace the item, refund your money.
Defective items must be sent back with a copy of the original invoice that came with your order.

Please include your name, address, products returning, order number, the defect of the product. The RMA number you receive must be clearly written on the return package. Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.

In the event of Damage Due to Shipping:
When you receive your order please inspect the box for any damages due to shipping. If any damage is noticed you must report it to the shipper (UPS, FedEX, Freight Co., etc) and file a damage claim, we are not responsible for shipping damages but contact us so we can help follow up on the claim.

Other Returns:
We will only authorize all other return if the items are in their original condition, unused and in the boxes they were shipped in and if we are notified within 15-30 days from date of shipping, ( 7 days for clothing), depending on the product purchased. There is a 20% restock fee on these returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and original shipping cost is non refundable.

We cannot accept COD shipments or shipments with no RMA. These will be refused.
