Aerobloks™ USEFUL HINTS
HOW TO BUILD

Aerobloks™ is a toy that brings imaginations to life. It possess educational and construction properties that promote the learning and development of young minds and bodies. We recommend adults review the following building guidelines/hints with children, to ensure proper usage in building fun and creative structures.

USEFUL HINTS

  • The shapes and structural rigidity of inflatable products are impacted by air pressure. You can control the gap, structural rigidity and material friction between blocks simply by adjusting the air capacity. We recommend you start with 90% -95% inflation levels and adjust the air pressure up/down as needed.

  • Remember it is always easier to connect blocks when the connectors are facing you. As an example, when assembling roofs or corners of upright structures, you might need to get inside the structures where the connections are to be made. Connecting straps by reaching over or under the blocks is more challenging but not impossible.

  • When building houses or other upright structures, build the wall and roof panels first. Then assemble the completed panels to form the finished structure.

  • When building an incline (such as a roof), align and connect the inclined block’s edge against the inside edge of the vertical block. Pivoting blocks this way provides for best alignment and stronger structural integrity.

  • Build your structures sequentially to avoid creating sections that may not match up connectors with flaps.

  • When building structures higher than 1 block, the base blocks must be fully inflated for structural integrity and support.

  • Velcro® can also mate with Velcro® on other blocks when necessary to form a longer connection or larger loop.

  • Don’t be afraid to experiment with building techniques, that’s part of the fun of discovering and improving your problem solving skills.
